24th Annual Progressive Dinner
Saturday, May 30
Join us for one of Redeemer’s favorite traditions! Our Progressive Dinner is a four-course meal enjoyed in different homes throughout the evening — a wonderful way to connect with new and old friends.
How it works:
-Appetizers (5:00–6:00 PM): Everyone gathers together.
-Salad (6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) & Entrée (7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.): Small groups travel to host homes (you’ll drive yourself). Couples are kept together.
-Dessert (9:00–10:00 PM): We reunite for dessert and fellowship.
This is an adults-only event. Nursing infants are welcome; childcare is not provided.
There is no cost, but registration is required by Sunday, May 17.
Hosting is essential to making this evening possible. Please indicate if you're able to host a course in your home.
For those who prefer not to host, you will be contacted about bringing an appetizer or dessert.
Appetizer Course (5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Salad Course (6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
Entrée Course (7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.)
Dessert Course (9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
The dessert course brings everyone back together to end the evening. This year, you can choose to host dessert at the church building — with plenty of space, easy parking, and no house cleaning required.
This is a great option if you live farther out or don’t have space to host at home. Responsibilities include setting up and taking down tables in the foyer. You may use the church’s coffee and provide additional non-alcoholic drinks. Desserts will be brought by attendees, and you’re welcome to co-host.
